I.COMPUTER RETRIEVAL SERVICE
——A.International Commercial Database Online Retrieval Service
The search division of PSCC has access to such world famous databases as STN and DIALOG. Comprised of
more than 200 natural sciences and technologies related databases, STN System
is the most authoritative scientific information retrieval online system in the
world, which is also capable to search by complicated chemical constitution or
genotype besides routine retrievals. DIALOG is the most comprehensive online
retrieval system comprised of more than 600 databases related to such fields as
patent and trademarks, social sciences, market conditions, economic laws and
telecommunications.
The retrievable documents in this system can be traced back from 10 to
50 years ago, including such fields as patents, trademarks, copyrights,
standards, scientific reports, market quotations, company catalogues, statistic
figures, monographs, periodicals and scientific thesis.
Information that we have here is not only generous but also updated
frequently (some are even updated weekly), which can meet different needs in
scientific research, patent novelty verification, new topic decision,
international market condition research and investment risk analysis, etc.

B.Domestic Patent Retrieval
All of the patents applied and declared in China mainland ever since
1985 can be retrieved in our Chinese patent CD-ROM database.

A. Novelty Search

Taking advantage of declared patent documents, published related documents
and online databases and based on the application materials provided by
clients, we can generate reports showing if the invention has novelty.
B. State Invention Award Novelty Report
——PSCC is a Grade A novelty searching organization authorized by the
Ministry of Sciences and Technologies. It can carry out comprehensive
retrievals based on its SIPO owned information resources and updated novelty
searches through STN and DIALOG systems. Our generated reports are both
authoritative and authenticated by the Ministry of Sciences and Technologies.
C. Hi-Tech Research Development Program Retrievals

863 Program is the state supported high technology research program
.The objective is to aim at most advanced technologies in hi-tech field,
shorten the difference with advanced countries, bring along the progress in
related scientific fields, and prepare for the emerging of new and high
technology industry. The 863 program to be declared must have its novelty
searched to avoid any repeated research and patent right conflicts as requested
by the Ministry of Sciences and Technologies. PSCC is one of the Grade A
novelty retrieval organization designated by the Ministry of Sciences and
Technologies, and is authorized to generate this authoritative report.
D.Short Term Patent Search in Hong Kong

A retrieval report issued by PSCC of SIPO must be presented when
applying for new practical patent in Hong Kong.
E.Selected and Specific Subject Retrieval Service

We provide all kinds of selected or Specific subject retrieval service
